Summary
As the lab manager for the Quantitative Psychopathology Lab at Boston University, my team and I were tasked to execute a scientific paper on the correlation between sexual gender minority adults, adverse childhood experiences, and suicidal thoughts and behaviors.

After data analysis was finished, I wrote, reviewed, and edited the paper in the Journal of Affective Disorders' style.
Results
Our paper was published in the Journal of Affective Disorders and demonstrated to the scientific community the need for targeted interventions for sexual minority individuals who are experiencing psychological distress.

The Volkswagen Campaign was famous for its advertising campaign. The campaign's copywriter Julian Conic used various methods like quirky testimonials and parallel structure to appeal the Volkswagen Beetle to the American public. After studying Conic's methods, I wrote a blog about how his copywriting techniques helped popularize the Beetle.
Results
The article went viral with +5,000 views and +1,000 reads on Medium.

Work Process
After I researched the city of Norfolk's problems with flooding, I used the city's story as the initial pain point in the email. Afterward, I showed how StormSensor's technology helped solve the flooding problem, which addresses the initial pain point. Finally, I wrote that with rising climate change, StormSensor's technology can save you significant amounts of money, which is an immediate benefit for the prospect.
Results
The email was sent to 500 prospects weekly and received a 40% open rate.

The magazine has a section for literature, and I noticed the magazine didn't have many articles on famous Beat writer Jack Kerouac. So I pitched an article called "10 Fascinating Facts About Jack Kerouac."
Results
Mental Floss accepted the article, and it was published in the history and literature sections of the website.
